Qualification and Experience Required:

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Management/Technology/or a related discipline from a reputed institution.

A minimum of 10 years of proven experience: Preference will be given to successful entrepreneurs, corporate innovation leaders, venture capitalists, or individuals who have successfully managed Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) at leading educational institutions.

Formulate and execute the long-term roadmap for the University's entrepreneurship and start-up ecosystem, lead incubation and mentorship of start-ups, secure CSR funds, angel investments, venture capital and government grants, and establish strong strategic alliances with domestic and global accelerators, venture funds, industry bodies and corporate partners.

Familiarity with government initiatives and schemes for start-ups, entrepreneurship, skill development, innovation and incubation.

Organizing entrepreneurship events, innovation challenges, start-up competitions and capacity building programmes.

Preferably under 50 years of age.
