Qualification and Experience Required:

Eligibility: As per UGC/AICTE/INC/PCI/ICAR/BCI norms.

Research Positions

Doctorates with sound research credentials. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in research, as evidenced through h-index, 110-index and papers published in SCI/Scopus-indexed journals.

Director (TBI): 10-15 years of experience in building a strong startup and Innovation ecosystem, with expertise in incubation, technology commercialisation, entrepreneurship development, Industry partnerships and mentoring.

Registrar/Deputy Registrar/Adminstrator: Relevant experience of minimum 15 years in administrative and regulatory functions of the univeristy. Ensure compliance, smooth governance student services and coordination across departments.

Head/GM/Manager - Corporate Relations: Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate relations, industry partnerships, and strategic collaborations, with a strong professional network, excellent interpersonal skills, and a pleasing personality.

Head/Manager/Executive - Sales & Marketing (Hospital): Graduate in a relevant field with minimum 3 years for Executive; 10 years for Head/Manager, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

Head/Manager/Executive - Training & Development (Hospital): Graduate in a relevant field with minimum 3 years for Executive; 10 years for Head/Manager, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

Manager/Executive - Human Resource (HR), Public Relations (PR), Data Analytics and ERP (Administrator & Analyst): Minimum 3 years for Executive and 10 years for Manager positions.

IOS Facilitator: Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, Apple Frameworks, and IOS app development, with Apple certification or teaching/training experience being an added advantage.

Software Development & Quality Assurance:

Development Staff - Frontend: ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS. Backend: NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, with experience in AWS/Azure.

Quality Assurance Staff - Automation Testing: Playwright with Python; Selenium with C# also considered

Accountant/Senior Accountant: Responsible for financial accounting, record maintenance, budgeting, reconciliation, financial reporting and day-to-day finance-related operations. Graduate in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Call Centre Head/Quality Analyst/Team Leader: 8-12 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, in student-focused call centre operations, customer service, and training team, with strong communication, leadership, and people-management skill

Hostel Superintendent/Warden: Boys & Girls' Hostels: Responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, security, and welfare of students residing in the hostels

Graphic Designer: Minimum 3 years experience, strong skills in graphic design & creative content Videographer & Video Editor: 2-5 years experience, strong videography, editing & content creation skills

Sports Officer: Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and managing sports activities, coordinating teams and events, maintaining sports facilities, and promoting a strong sporting culture
