Qualification and Experience Required:
- ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS
- Candidates should have a Ph.D. with minimum of 8 years teaching experience in a reputed University / PG college and should have minimum 7 publications/Research Papers published in reputed / refereed journals. Experience in guiding Ph.D. Scholars is desirable.
- ASSISTANT PROFESSORS
- Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% of marks and should have a Ph.D./NET/SLET/SET etc. Preference will be given to the Candidates
- PLACEMENT MANAGERS
- Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in business administration, human resources or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in career services, recruitment, or talent management, preferably in a higher education domain or in a business environment. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the past of Deputy Placement Manager. Candidates should have strong networking skills and should be able to interact with senior people in the Industry
- ADMIN STAFF
- Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in Academic Administration preferably in the University environment.
- ACCOUNTS STAFF
- Candidates should have B.Com or M.Com degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Tally, Excel & Word. Selected candidates for all the above positions will be placed in a suitable pay structure commensurate with their qualification and experience.
