Ph.D in Food Technology is Mandatory

B.,Tech & M.Tech/M.E in Food Technology / Food Engineering / Food Processing / Dairy Technology / Food Science & Nutrition / Food Safety or relevant specialization.

Teaching & Academics:

Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in core Food Technology subjects such as:

Food Processing & Preservation

Food Microbiology

Food Chemistry

Food Packaging

Dairy Technology

Food Safety & Quality Control

Experience

Fresher or up to 2 years of teaching/research/industry experience post-M.Tech.

Teaching experience during M.Tech (as a teaching assistant) is considered desirable.
