  • CODE 001-CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
    • CTO to bring industrial knowledge in the fields of Robotics, Al and other emerging technologies to get the best out of academic paraphernalia and formulate new programmes (Short programmes/Online programmes/Blended programmes) so that working professionals can upgrade their skills where our university can play a decisive role in giving necessary skill upgradation and international intervention in the education sector.
  • CODE 002-CHIEF PLACEMENT & CORPORATE RELATIONS OFFICER
    • Chief Placement & Corporate Relations Officer to lead strategic industry engagement for riext-gen talent while forging enduring partnerships with corporates in different fields
    • Drive placements & industry internships across cutting-edge domains including Anificial Intelligence (Al), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, Robotics FinTech, and Digital Transformation
    • Build impactful corporate alliances, foster Innovation-driven recruitment ecosystems, and position JIIT graduates at the forefront of Industry 4.0 and emerging technologies. There would be an annual intake of 4,000 students in the near future. Therefore, the incumbent will lead the initiative with corporates in different fields. University takes pride in its placement credentials of 90% and we hope to maintain our momentum
  • CODE 003- CHIEF HR OFFICER
    • JIIT has over 400 faculty and over 1,000 in all institutions under Jaypee Edusphere, Chief HR Officer is expected to play a very important role in managing various aspects of it's human resources and talent pipeline.
    • Lead a future ready people strategy in an innovation driven academic eco-system. Drive HR transformation leveraging Al-enabled talent analytics, HR automation, digital performance management work force analytics, e-learning platforms and hybrid workplace models.
    • He would champion a culture of agility, Inclusion, research excellence, and digital-first governance aligned with emerging technologies such as Al, Data Science, Cyber Security, Computing and industry 4.0.
  • CODE 004-CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)
    • CMO to lead its strategic marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives.
    • The CMO will drive admissions growth, industry partnerships, digital marketing, and national/international visibility of the institute, within India and selected global geographies.
    • The role demands a visionary leader with proven experience in higher education marketing, brand building, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Eligibility Criteria(s)

For CTO (Code: 001), candidates with a Doctorate degree in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineering, and at least three years of exposure as Dean, may apply. The incumbent should be in the age group of 40-46 years, wel-versed and exposed to emerging technologies.

For other positions, the incumbents must be at least engineering graduates with MBA from a reputed institution and with work experience in FMCG/Industrial sector. He/she should be in the age group of 45-50 years of age.
