Qualification and Experience Required: 

Dean-Academics: The incumbent will be responsible for academic growth of students, administration of various programs, placements, industry collaboration and research projects in the field of management. Must be doctorate and an eminent management academician and proven leader in the management education field.

Assistant Professor: First class MBA/PG Degree in relevant discipline with minimum of 05 yrs teaching experience in reputed management institutions. PhD in related discipline is preferred

Associate Professor: First class MBA/PG Degree in relevant discipline with minimum of 08 yrs teaching experience in reputed management institutions, out of which 05 yrs post-PhD at Assistant Professor Level.

Professor: First class MBA/PG Degree in relevant discipline with minimum of 12 years teaching experience in reputed management institutions, out of which 04 yrs post-PhD at Associate Professor Level.

Research Associate: First class MBA/PG Degree in relevant discipline and those who have submitted thesis for PhD will be given preference.

Note: Higher starting salary can be considered for faculty with an outstanding track record in conducting MDP, Research, Publications and Consultancy, In addition to teaching assignments.
