The campus has several buildings to accommodate the Medical College, Hospital, Administrative Block, Residential quarters for teaching and Non-teaching staff, and separate exclusive boys' & girls' Hostels for undergraduate and postgraduate students and interns. The College teaches medical courses at Under Graduate (MBBS) and Post Graduate (MD/MS) levels approved/ recognized by the Medical Council of India. SIMS is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
